Spoken presentations to an audience can come in variety forms. We should make sure our purpose before making the presentation, whether it is:

• To inform
• To persuade
• To entertain
• To meet and get on with your audience

a.How to prepare a presentation: 

• Topic Information should be randomly collected
• Relevant information is to be selected
• Information must be organized to suit the audience levels
• Graphics and visuals should be organized where ever possible
• Finally, text should be edited according to the time

b.How to make an oral presentation:

• Presentation should be rehearsed.
• Flow of thought must be checked and adjusted to the allotted time.
• Body language should be monitored with built in pauses, gestures, postures and the such.
• Final presentation is made.

Points to remember:

1.Audience: Consider their knowledge, education, ability to follow what you have to say; their expectations; their needs- practical, intellectual, personal.

2.Structure: This includes thinking about: content, priorities, ordering.

3.Communication aids: These include whiteboard, flipchart, overhead projector, and data projector.

4.Delivery:  

• Most speakers need some form of prompt to make sure that they follow their pre-planned line or argument. This needs a careful management.
• A number of strategies are available to make sure that you address the audience directly and maintain their attention.
• Questions and interruptions need to be handled firmly and skillfully.

Telangana SSC Results 2015 or  Telangana 10th class 2015 results 

Telangana SSC Results 2015 or  Telangana 10th class 2015 results will be released in the second week of May 2015. It might be interesting and curious to know the results of Telangana SSC 2015, as this is the first time the Telangana SSC board organising individually the SSC examination 2015.

Though there was some disorderliness crept before Telangana SSC examination 2015, the examination was organised perfectly in all centers as planned. The model of the question papers, the internals and externals system has been organised the first time in Telangana. 

The students who have attempted Telangana 10th class examination in 2015 would be quite confused and curious to know their results as they don't have seniors to explain this system as they are the first students attempted this model of examination 80 marks external and 20 marks internal. Though the teachers have undergone a serious and rigorous training, the record work that was asked to maintain by the teachers did not allow them to understand the CCE pattern introduced in Telangana SSC board.

The Telangana SSC results 2015 or Telangana 10th class results 2015 which is also called BSE (Board of Secondary education) Telangana results 2015 will be released here in this blog. Keep visiting for updates.

My Colleague - Indra sena

On my first day of duty, I saw Mr. Indra Sena with one of the teachers of English department and thought that he would be of the same department just like me. But I came to know just in the next two minutes that he did not belong to my department. you don't need to undergo any C.I.D practices to find this. Just listen to his English Language. You'll definitely say that he does not belong to the department. He is basically a killer (of language).

Do not estimate by his name that he happens to be a hero. He is not even a comedy actor but an interrupter and spoiler. Let me put this with and example. One fine day during our lunch session, we were in deep discussion about mother and her godlike qualities. He suddenly involved himself and said " Sir, It is too bad to give Mother Teresa to give award posthumously." We were shocked listening to this. There is no connection with this to the earlier. 

To give  a definition to Indra Sena in one line, " the person who involves in some others deep discussion and suddenly interrupts and makes an irrelevant comment in the middle and spoils the entire discussion, is Indra Sena (వాడేరా ఇంద్రసేన!).       

An other day, We were discussing "Test tube Babies". we did not actually see him before the start. He had been silent. The discussion had reached to its top. Our Biology teacher was giving more detail about it. Suddenly he plunged into it and said, " Sir, Our 6th grade students do not perform better in TESTS."

How to resolve Aadhar Card related Problems

Aadhar Card has become quite essential for every government related activities, in the educational department, at Cooking Gas booking agencies and every where. Even in some cities owners are demanding for the Aadhar Card xerox copies for address and ID proofs. It is a very good sign of having ID proof. Though most of the people have already received Aadhar card, Some problems persist in the running life. 

And Some people have not receive their Aadhar cards though they have finished the formalities such as retinal scan and finger print scan.  Some of the following guidelines may help you out of this problem. 

Q. I lost my Aadhar card. How to get a new Aadhar Card?

Ans: If  lose your Aadhar Card, there are three different steps to receive your new Aadhar card.

Step 1: contact your near Mee Seva office. Give your Aadhar 12 digit number and get a new card.

Step 2: If you don't have Aadhar number with you, There is 28 digit UID number on your Aadhar card (or) on the slip given to you during retinal scan and finger prints submission, You can get a new card with the details.

Step 3: Even if you don't have both Aadhar and UID numbers with you, With (your name, your father's name, Door number and Address) , you can download Aadhar card online. 


Q. How to change my details (such as address, name spelling, age, etc) in Aadhar card


Ans: If you have any wrong entry in your Aadhar card, you can change it contacting your nearest Mee- seva center and following few steps.

The person of the Aadhar card should visit directly the office along with the identification certificates provided by government organizations Such as Tahsildar office (Mandal Revenue office) or R.I. (For Example; Voter ID, Ration Card, Driving License, etc. ). You’ll be taken again to retinal scan and finger print scan and you’ll get your new Aadhar card with the new details provided by you in the new application.


Q. I have enlisted my details number of times. Still I have not received my Aadhar Card?

In case if you have registerd number of times and yet not received your Aadhar card, you send an email to k.devarathna@uidia.net.in with your 28 digit number in the receipt you received while applying along with your phone number. you'll get your Aadhar Card details in minuted to your mobile in the form of S.M.S

My Student - Suraj

My Student- Suraj

The day I started my teaching career, I did not imagine that I would face a student like Suraj. According to Indian Vedas, the order of priority in respect is Matru devo Bhava (Mother is God), Pitru devo Bhava (Father is god), Acharya devo Bhava (Teacher is god), Athidhi devo Bhava (Guest is god). But to my student Suraj, Breakfast devo bhava, Brunch devo bhava, Lunch devo bhava and Dinner devo bhava.

What one can do in any profession when in the need to face a challenge? Just face it or accept it. I thought so and continued. But to my astonishment, surprise, shock, I was out of adjectives of the feeling; I soon recognized that with Suraj, it is not a challenge but disaster. To perceive a description about him, follow the number 230300. Do not misunderstand that it is telephone number. Those are the marks secured by Suraj in my consecutive tests.

After Hudhud hit Vizag, one fine and cloudy day, while knowing students’ comprehension, I posed about more than one hundred questions to my students when for a question only three students raised their hands. Among them Suraj’s! I was bewildered. I rubbed my eyes and checked again. God answered to my prayers, it was really Suraj. With confused sudden ecstasy, I asked him answer to the question. “He did it! He did it! He did it!” This was my response in my heart.

My joy knew no bounds. I celebrated the moment. But after a while, when I checked the question, I came to know how he could answer the question. You might really like to know what the question is if I was not wrong. The question is “What made Uncle George wake from his sleep?” the answer is “Luncheon bell (Lunch bell)”. Again here! He showed his interest in food. It is the adaptability that makes a teacher long with the profession. So I was adapted to his interests slowly. Every a time, whenever I had to give an example related to the subject, I used to give an example related to food which made him interested towards my subject. I took that as opportunity and made sure all exercises should have examples related to food.

I patted my shoulders for the achievement in his class work. But with home work, I lost half of my hair on head in just six months.
